What you need to know
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Joaquim and Reizelle will exchange their vows in an intimate ceremony. Their wedding reception celebration will follow at St. Clair Centre for the Arts, Windsor, Ontario .
What should I do if I cannot make it?
We will surely miss you!! If you know well in advance you will not be attending our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible on the RSVP page.
In the event you are attending, we cannot wait to see you! Please RSVP online before July 1st, 2024.
(rsvp online even if you have verbally told us your attendance)
Are kids welcome?
We are aiming to have an adult-only event, with the exception of select children of the immediate family. There are so many little ones between both sides of our family and friends, and as much as we adore all your kids, we encourage parents to make advanced arrangements so you all can enjoy this special night with us. Thank you for understanding!
Will you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Of course. You may write any dietary restrictions when you RSVP online.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, drinks will be on us and the hangover will be on you. Please make advanced arrangements for a safe drive back home. Cheers!
Can I bring a plus one?
If you receive a plus one, he/she/they will appear specifically on your formal invitation.
Will there be parking available near your venue?
Yes. There are a few off-site parking garage near St. Clair Centre for the Arts. Parking location can be found at 275 Pitt St West or 491 Riverside Drive West or 132 Ferry St. Windsor Ontario.
Street parking meters are free after 6:00 PM.
What is the dress code?
There will be a formal attire dress code. We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We suggest men wear a suit & tie, and women wear formal tea-length, midi, or floor length dresses.
